"Just from the cover alone, I probably wouldn't have given this book a second glance, if I had been browsing for something to read. I know that sounds harsh but it just shows you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I really liked the suspense and intrigue going into this book... The story is an extremely slow burn. You can feel the magnetism and hesitation between Anna and Gabriel. Overall the book was enjoyable, intense and ends on a cliffhanger, just a little too slow burn for me personally though it takes place over a short time frame. I'm intrigued to know what happens next..."
