C. R. Janak is a Czech-American author of romance fiction. Her first novel, Vigil and Sin, was published in August 2023. Her second novel, The Passer’s Enigma, is due to be released in Fall 2024.

She discovered her love for creative writing in high school and pursued the passion through college, to which her admittance was bolstered by winning a national poetry contest. However, due to lack of inspiration, having little free time, and focusing on “practical jobs” that would sustain her survival in the first world, she put off doing what she loves - writing - until recently.

When she isn’t immersing herself in imaginary worlds, she spends her time with real-world friends, throwing back sushi, exploring the globe or, y’know. . . working (*urgh*).
